St Margaret’s is a long established adoption agency based in Glasgow which provides a comprehensive service to those involved in adoption and associated fostering. We work within the social and moral teaching of the Catholic Church to provide a highly professional, committed and caring service. We are committed to creativity and reflection in our practice, and we strive to ensure a high level of job satisfaction to our staff. We currently have one full time vacancy for a Senior Practitioner and we are seeking applications from experienced social workers who feel that they can make a positive contribution to our team.

Applicants should have a professional social work qualification, and ideally, should have experience of working in all areas of adoption, including working with children and families, recruitment and assessment of adopters, and adoption counselling. This is a unique opportunity to join a small specialist team with an established reputation for excellent practice in the field of adoption.
